Boris Klimenko is the founder of Klimenko, with a background in real estate acquisitions, investment evaluation, entitlements, and debt and equity financing.

His experience includes residential and multifamily development in Southern California, working with lenders, investors, architects, consultants, and project teams from acquisition through project delivery. He combines investment analysis with firsthand experience in development budgets, capital structuring, entitlement strategy, and execution risk.

Boris holds an MBA and has led real estate projects through acquisition, design, approvals, financing, development, and disposition. Outside of work, Boris is a father of three daughters and a multiple Ironman triathlon finisher.
