Boris Klimenko has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, development, and project management. Throughout his career, Boris has been involved in all aspects of real estate, from property acquisition to ground-up construction and redevelopment. He and his team have successfully created and sold over 10 commercial real estate development projects.

 

As a CEO of Klimenko since 2018, Boris has overseen a wide range of real estate investment and development projects in Southern California. Beyond his professional achievements, Boris is a devoted father of three daughters and a multiple Ironman triathlon finisher.
