The Basmannaya

Klimenko completed The Lounge Bar by fully renovating a building built in 1917 in the historical center of Moscow. We successfully restored the building's unique architecture while preserving its original character, allowing us to provide modern amenities that blend into the local historic area.

The Novoslobodskaya

This building used to go unnoticed by most who walked past. It lacked identity or even any significant presence. Then Klimenko purchased the building and did a total reconstruction from the basement to the attic.

The Kolokolnikov

The Kolokolnikov Project is centered on breathing new life into an old building located in the historic part of Moscow. The reconstruction offers the project a second chance at serving the community and benefitting those around it.

The Radiatorskaya

The Radiatorskaya by Klimenko successfully transformed old construction into a modern, fully functional building that offers many services to the public. Our complete overhaul of the structure, interior, and exterior of the building breathes new life into a once-idle building.

The Prospect Mira

The history of this building is a remarkable tale of transformation. Before Klimenko started this project, the building was dull, unappealing, and disrupted the urban landscape and served no practical purpose.
