The elevated site provides a balanced lifestyle experience—private, peaceful, and connected.

This modern project encompasses 7,092 square feet across two architecturally distinct structures. One building includes three stories of living space positioned above two integrated garages and another building features two levels of living space atop a dedicated storage level.

Inspired by Vista’s natural topography, the design strategically integrates portions of the structures into the hillside, enhancing privacy while blending effortlessly into the environment. Each residence features generous outdoor terraces that highlight seamless indoor-outdoor living, and all unit entrances are located on the upper floor for intuitive accessibility.

This development represents an important milestone for our company as our first Vista project delivered under California’s SB-9 legislation, which allows up to four units on a single lot. It reflects Klimenko’s mission to create stylish, efficient, and attainable housing solutions that address the growing need for quality homes throughout Southern California.
