Klimenko’s complete renovation transformed this old construction into a modern yet rustic building complete with a gorgeous brick face. The first and second floors are connected by stairs, but are both easily and directly accessible via their own private entrances. 

 

The building has a symmetrical loft style that features three large gates that provide car access to the first floor. Large horizontal windows allow plenty of natural light to the interior while providing a sleek look to the exterior brick that’s as gorgeous as it is durable.

 

The Radiatorskaya’s design makes it a versatile building that can be used for everything from a storage space to a car wash. When designated as a house, the tenant can occupy one or both floors, further improving its adaptability.
