The Kolokolnikov Project is centered on breathing new life into an old building located in the historic part of Moscow. The reconstruction offers the project a second chance at serving the community and benefitting those around it.

For many years, the building stood abandoned and unused. Then our team worked tirelessly to transform it into a grocery store that brings locals together. The building's renovation refreshed the neighborhood's appearance and added an element of beauty to the surrounding area. This once-neglected building now houses a grocery store that has become an essential part of the locals' daily lives.

Moscow’s historic center is known for its high density of real estate. However, not everyone knows that some buildings in the area are no longer functional. Klimenko has a knack for finding such structures and providing them with careful reconstruction while preserving the overall appearance of the city district, which is exactly what we achieved with The Kolokolnikov.
