This building used to go unnoticed by most who walked past. It lacked identity or even any significant presence. Then Klimenko purchased the building and did a total reconstruction from the basement to the attic. Today the building is home to a Georgian national cuisine restaurant that has become a staple in the local community. Today, this building is frequented by people stopping in for a quick weekday lunch, sitting for a relaxed meal on weekends, and gathering for celebrations with their family and friends.
The rustic brick exterior catches the eye while the tall panoramic windows, which are mirrored from the exterior but are see-through from the interior, provide lots of natural light. The warm interior color palette creates a relaxed atmosphere that’s perfect for a nice hearty meal. The design provides visitors with a feeling of privacy and openness at the same time.
At night, the draped hanging lights create a magical atmosphere after the sun goes down. During the warmer months, you can find guests sitting on the summer veranda enjoying the sunshine with their meal.
